Project Manager
A Civil Engineering biased
Project Manager is required to join
Hinkley Point C.
HPC the multi-billion project is one of the most iconic within the UK.As it approaches the half way point there is still ample opportunity to learn about all stages of Nuclear New Build delivery with 7 plus years of future work.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Project Director with the management and delivery of four new-build commercial buildings c.£80M.
With a strong background in civils and structures, you will have specific experience of Reinforced Concrete structures and ideally seismic structures.
As the PM you will manage the project in respect of progress, workmanship, HSE, environmental and quality standards by ensuring that adequate and proper labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources are available and adequately directed to the meet therequirements of the contract.
Due to the nature of the project its essential that you have experience withincivils and structures, with strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures.
Essential Skills for the role:
- c.5 years main contractor experience
- A background in civils and structures
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures
- Experience in the construction industry
- Demonstratable technical knowledge or structures
- SMSTS, Appointed Person
- Experience within Temporary Works coordination
- NEC3 Option A/C Form of contract administration
