Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for a 6 month contract role based in central Hull, although there is a possibility that the job may become permanent.


Working day shift Monday to Friday, duties include:
Maintain internal databases

Keep employee records (physical & digital)

Maintaining the purchase order system

Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners

Prepare regular reports and presentations

Organise, store and print documents as needed

Answer and redirect phone calls as well as first contact for visitors

Process time sheets

Provide HR Data & monitoring Health & Safety data

Maintaining training records

Order office stationery and supplies

Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

General admin support to the team

Purchase invoicing
