We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to support proposals, bid and tender development

Key responsibilities:

Manage the bid life cycle for all Tenders/RFPs/RFQ
Gather and coordinate information from internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance to the bid qualification (bid / no bid) process
Provide technical writing, editing, and proofreading of all proposals
Conduct bid reviews, maintain version control of all proposals and support documents development including the final submission
Manage the pre and post bid clarification phase with the client and internally
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company processes, supporting tools, templates, and management of the Bid Library
Contribute to bid research client, competition, and market

About you:

Experience in bidding within B2B professional services
Exposure to working in a crossborder sales environment.
Exceptional attention to detail
A natural networker and a team player
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous stakeholders simultaneously
