General Information
St John's Approved Premises currently operates Compass St Johns - a supported housing organisation for high risk offenders.

Clients are of all genders, 18 years old and above, have committed a wide range of offences, and present with multiple complex needs.

The project secures high-quality accommodation through lettings agents and landlords with Compass St Johns becoming the tenant of these properties.

Clients are then housed within the properties and provided with an allocated support worker who assists them with a wide variety of needs.

As part of our agreement with landlords, we agree to repair any deliberate damage caused by clients.

Due to the chaotic nature of our residents this can occur often and ranges from minor things (replacing a toilet seat, bulbs) to larger scale damage (full redecorating, new flooring, new doors, windows etc).

As well as this we respond to minor issues within properties as these can cause clients a great deal of stress, and as a result require immediate attention.
