What are we looking for; -(Position Summary):
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage and configure server and network Infrastructure.
- Understanding and administration of M365 suite and security.
- Ability to support Windows servers and SQL Server databases.
- Work with vendors on existing and new hardware and IT related software.
- Overseeing maintenance and security of the company intranet and computer systems.
- Installing or improving antivirus, MFA, End Point Security tools or other cyber security related programs.
- Leading small infrastructure projects
- Working with Managed Service vendors
- First line of support for EU sites and Asia based users for Infrastructure needs.
- Coordinating with Help Desk Resources and being escalation resource
- Develop and enhance process and technical documentation
- Investigation and Resolution of Cyber Incidents
- Working with Global IT team and key business resources to support infrastructure related change.
- Audit related activities including change management reporting
- Active Directory Administration
- Domain and Certificate Administration
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- On Site Presence Required minimum 4 days a week.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Desk Top Imaging with Microsoft System Center
Bonus Skills & Experience
- System Backups (Backup to Tape).
- Support desk for IT to UK, EU & Asia. For UK this would also cover support for Navision.
- Navision system work including writing Data Ports to import & export data.
- Hardware set up for users in UK.
- O365 and Teams support in Admin Portal.
- Active Directory support.
- Telephone Support in Admin Portal for UK users.
- Understanding the various inhouse software used in the Biochrom Line mainly for AAA & inhouse repairs.
- Basic support on the Fortigate Firewalls.
- Support of Security tools with 3rd party vendor resource available. Examples are PAM and MFA.
- Annual Audit work.
- SQL support.
- Server support in UK.
- Sentinel Oneknowledge.
- Support of inhouse reports that are generated automatically.
- Working with EU sites as needed for Infrastructure related needs (Germany, Sweden and Spain).
