An opportunity has arose for a Payroll Team Lead to join a multinational business based in Leicester.

This role will be supporting the Payroll Manager in the End-to-End Payroll process whist leading a team of 3 payroll administrators.


Duties:


  • Lead a team of 3 Payroll Administrators.
  • Make sure all amendments are checked on the payroll system prior to deadline.
  • Ensure starters and leavers are processed accurately.
  • Assist with preparation of P11d's and P60's.

About you:

  • Previous payroll experience is required, ideally in a team lead role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Excel Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.


This role will be based in Leicester City Centre, with potential for hybrid working once trained and a salary of up to £34,000 DOE.
