Description

Our client seeks a professional and driven, experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator for their busy branch.

Ideally you will have had at least 12 months industry experience in Sales and Lettings, have a smart appearance, be well spoken, confident, well mannered, a good communicator and hungry to carve yourself a career in this exciting industry, you must alsohave full UK driving licence.

The role is varied and requires a degree of flexibility.

Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let

Offering services to landlords & vendors

Developing leads into viewings/instructions

Carrying out viewings

Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market

Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements

Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let

Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback

Negotiating offers

Diary management

Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
