Lincolnshire Trailers are a small family run business with a large site located just off the M180 near Epworth, ideally positioned to bring our products across the length and breadth of Lincolnshire.

We offer sales, hire and service of horseboxes, motorhomes and trailers.

Offering an outstanding customer service to all our customers in all aspects of our business, helped us to develop a strong reputation as one of Lincolnshire's leading suppliers of trailers, horseboxes and leisure vehicles.

We are currently looking for the right person to join our team as a
Hire Assistant.

We operate a large and diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers to hire

These include:

Camping Trailers
Open Car Transporters
Enclosed Car Transporters
Flatbed Trailers
Box Van Trailers
Tipper Trailers
Refrigerated & Freezer trailers
Horse Trailers
Motorised Horseboxes
Campervans
Motorhomes

We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our hire team.

Main responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and preparing vehicles and trailers prior to customer collection
Performing handover activities with the customer, showing them how everything works and answering any questions they may have.
Receiving vehicles back and checking condition upon return
Taking bookings over the phone & in person
Delivering refrigerated trailers across the Lincolnshire region, setting up and securing at the client site.
Involved in the marketing of the products offered for hire

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Full Drivers licence (ideally clean, but minor points accepted)
Customer service focussed, with good interpersonal skills
Conscientious, reliable, flexible and willing to go the extra mile
Previous towing experience is preferable but not essential
Good IT skills using Microsoft office

Ideally a f
ull time role, but would also consider someone looking for part time hours. Will include some Saturday working during the busy summer months.

Preferred Hours if
Full time:

Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 & alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 16:00 (Day off in the week if working Saturday) - Salary range £25k - £27,500 depending on experience.

Part time: 20-25 hours per week (Mon-Sat) with the potential for more during the busy summer periods. Hourly rate - £ £13.22 depending on experience.

We offer 22 days holiday allowance plus 8 Bank Holidays and Pension Contributions.
