Responsibilities
You'll be working with both their in-house technology teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver system rollouts and greenfield projects in line with the priorities set by the business.
- Manage project delivery using an Agile framework, running processes such as work item planning, test plans, and delivery plans.
- Adapt quickly to changing deliverables and priorities,
- Plan and lead testing and deployment tasks
- Provide accurate management reports on progress and retrospective project reviews.
- Identify resources, assign responsibilities and manage daytoday operational aspects of ongoing projects.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, uptodate, and appropriately archived and indexed.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects and to ensure the project meets the technical and creative brief.
- Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with stakeholders to determine new requirements and assess feasibility.
- Submit project status reports to stakeholders; review bugs; plan software releases; anticipate and react to change.
- Attend clientfacing meetings and advise external stakeholders regarding the services and technology required to support the creative brief.
Qualifications/Experience
- A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and communicating with
- Experience of the project lifecycle developing bespoke software solutions, and working with development teams to ensure that realistic deliverables can be defined and offered to the client.
- Experience managing small to medium projects with a timescale of 412 weeks.
