Key Responsibilities:

Manage and orchestrate breakfasts, conferences, and dinner events from inception to completion.
Develop innovative event programs that captivate and engage our diverse audience.
Liaise with suppliers to seamlessly translate event details into accurate bookings and promotional material.
Drive event promotion through various communication channels to ensure maximum attendance.
Efficiently manage budgets for core events, ensuring costeffectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate specific services tailored to each event.
Execute precise administration and planning, adhering to established procedures and systems.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with finesse.
Initiativedriven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Quick adaptability to new systems and procedures.
Confidence in working collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

Experience and Qualifications:

Preferable experience in an office environment.
Essential experience in event management.
Professional and flexible approach with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work away from home on a weekly basis at various event locations across the UK.
