A vibrant medium-sized Chartered Architectural Practice is seeking a skilled Intermediate Architectural Technologist, either recently qualified or in the process of completing their MCIAT, to join their team at their Harrogate studio.

Our client takes great pride in their diverse portfolio, which includes projects in residential, healthcare, retail, logistics and large commercial developments.

You'll work closely with leading blue-chip clients across diverse sectors, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.


Your main responsibilities will be:

• Work both independently / collaboratively on projects from RIBA stages 1
• Create comprehensive tender packages for projects
• Attend and chair stakeholder/ site / contractor meetings
• Develop and produce detailed architectural plans and specifications
• Assist Building Surveying department with tender packages

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or an equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Experience in all phases of the design process,
• Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and prioritise with mínimal supervision
• Previous UK work experience
