We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with their shopping needs and preferences. You will be trained on how to best resolve customer queries to ensure great customer satisfaction.

As a Customer representative you will be at the heart of our business and the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward each customer.
  • Solve problems and find the best possible solutions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs.
  • Provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma and/or general education.
  • Ability to maintain your attitude when customers are upset.
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Customer facing experience in retail, hospitality or other
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for customers

  • There are additional performance incentives and bonuses, payed weekly as per the festive season
