Business Management Assistant Vice President - London, United Kingdom - Citi
Description
Citi Securities Services is seeking aBusiness Management Assistant Vice President to join their Business Execution and Management Office.
This individual will support the day-to-day planning and execution of business management and internal communications-related deliverables and have direct involvement in executing initiatives that:
- Elevate employee connectivity and engagement
- Build Securities Services brand and credibility
- Present insights and visibility to senior leadership
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the Business Management team that centrally provides business management coverage for Securities Services
- Business management that includes, but not limited to, headcount tracking, budget, expense management, senior management presentations, and business analytics
- Broad range of daily assignments and longterm projects
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business and functions
- Draft and manage internal communications; overseeing internal mailing distribution lists and mailboxes
- Provide project management support and postanalytics for global and regional town halls and senior leadership events
- Develop and maintain Securities Services intranet SharePoint page in coordination with Marketing and other internal business units
- Assist with social media strategy and content for Head of Securities Services' social channel
- Present work by synthesizing key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of communications, reflecting strategic messaging and broader firm objectives with consideration to compliance
- Assist on ad hoc priority business management deliverables as needed
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience with financial products and services
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with crossfunctional teams proven adaptability and reliability
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fastpaced environment to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- SharePoint development and management experience highly preferred
