Authorised successful and growing life insurance broker based in Altrincham are currently looking to expand their Lead Generation Department.

The job involves working from a dialler contacting new clients who have very recently indicated online interest in life insurance: either reviewing existing arrangements or obtaining new products taking basic details and pre qualifying details and transferring the call to an adviser in the office._

Responsibilities:_

Respond to customer requests and queries by phone.
Make the customers feel comfortable and happy.
Be able to solve problems for customers.
Do your job under pressure from managers.
It's important to follow all the rules that you're given by your company.
Answer customer questions about products or services.
Have a lot of patience when speaking with customers.

Hours of work are Monday/Thursday 10:30am 7:00pm

Friday - 10:30am - 3:00pm

Basic salary £20,000 - Realistic OTE £32,000

Excellent weekly and monthly bonuses available
