Are you passionate about providing behavioural change support for those looking to improve their health?

DDM Health provides scalable, engaging, and effective digital health interventions with clinically validated peer-reviewed outcomes.

DDM has developed two AI-led digital health interventions that have been clinically validated and proven in a multitude of clinical and commercial settings.

DDM's multi-award-winning, recognised innovations are low-cost and globally scalable.

DDM is seeking an experienced Health Coach who has previously delivered face-to-face and/or digital weight management and lifestyle interventions. The role is education-focused, with the intention of enabling people to take control of their health through lifestyle changes.

What we want from you:

Provide onetoone and groupbased support using motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques as part of a Tier 2 Weight Management Service.
The passion to empower and educate people with your writing and support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly.
Comfortable providing digital and facetoface support.

Requirements:

BSc in Nutrition or Psychology
Training in behaviour change and motivational interviewing
Experience in groupled and oneone health coaching

Fluent in written and spoken English, and able to work within the UK

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Salary:
£19,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
