We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries and product information
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to sell products or services effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
From £23,843.00 per year
