We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
From £23,843.00 per year
