The Role
We are looking to recruit a competent, experienced Chartered Surveyor to join the commercial team.

The role will involve carrying out Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes, as well as property inspections to provide market appraisals for both sales and lettings across the North East.


The Person

  • Chartered Surveyor with a commercial background
  • Well presented and confident
  • Have high energy levels and the drive and determination to succeed
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to clients' needs and expectations
  • Good computer skills with the ability to use Excel and other software systems
  • Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills delivering high levels of customer service
  • UK driving licence required
  • Knowledge of auction preferred but not essential.
Salary - £40k plus bonus, OTE £60k
