We're recruiting Carers to join our friendly, professional, and highly trained team in our Middleton Court - High Dependency Residential Care service.

About Middleton Court:

Purposebuilt residential service for those requiring high levels of individual care
High ratio of staff to residents
23 Superior rooms with spacious bathrooms, designed with residents' dignity and comfort in mind.
Each room has an overhead tracking hoist to assist those with more complex mobility issues
Each room looks onto either a courtyard, attractive gardens, or woodland.
Communal indoor areas feature an attractive light lounge and dining room

Our Carers:

Promote independence as much as possible, but also recognise that some residents require 24hour bespoke care and support
Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
Offer daily help & support at mealtimes
Monitor and record resident care using our electronic care planning system personalised for each resident

The Opportunity:

Both
full & part time hours available (1 x 14 hours, 2 x 28 hours, 2 x 35 hours per week)
Join us on days & you will work across either (7am 2.30pm / 2.30pm 9pm)
We have
Permanent & Bank contracts available to offer

Support you through a comprehensive (but fun & friendly) induction programme
