    Role Overview

    As a Supplier Management Analyst, you will support the Head of Supplier Management and Supplier Owners across the Business Areas in the management & oversight of our suppliers and partner relationships to meet our strategic goals and deliver great customer service.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Coordinate comprehensive due diligence assessments for potential new suppliers, ensuring all relevant criteria are met before engagement.
    • Provide essential support throughout the supplier selection process, including contract negotiation and onboarding.
    • Monitor the performance of existing suppliers, in line with contractual obligations including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
    • Support the Head of Supplier Management to prepare regular, concise, and insightful management reports for the executive team.

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, ideally with some experience of other reporting tools.
    • Experience conducting due diligence on third parties and/or managing contracts.
    • Ability to manage a large number of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
    • Awareness of relevant regulation would be advantageous.
