Our business has enjoyed consistent growth over the past 7 years and whilst based in London, our client base is spread across the UK and we are now seeking a new Client Support Executive as our business continues to expand.


The Role
We are seeking a Client Support Executive to provide support to our clients across the UK.

Reporting directly to our Client Director and as part of our award winning Customer Services team your duties will include:

  • Supporting key users with training on the Keystone Talent Bank system
  • Meeting with hiring managers and other users of the Talent Bank solution to provide demonstrations, troubleshooting and general support
  • Data entry creating profiles, amending worker information and payroll queries
  • Resolving queries on pay, tax and system queries
  • Meeting with hiring managers and other users of the Talent Bank solution to provide demonstrations, troubleshooting and general support
. This may on occasion be on site with our clients in London.


The Person
No specific experience is required (full training provided) but you will need:

  • Some experience in a customer facing or service role
  • Good PC literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Approachable and helpful nature
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self motivated and able to manage personal workload

Package:

In return you'll receive a starting salary of between £19,000-£22,500 pa (dependent on your experience) with a review after your 3 month probationary period.

A structured working day (Mon to Fri 9-5) with plenty of flexibility,lots of on the job training and mentoring and with a lean management structure, great opportunities to prove yourself and progress.

Auto-enrolment Pension scheme provided.


Reporting Line:
You'll report to the Client Director.


Location:

This role supports hybrid working with a minimum 2 days per week in the London Office (King's Cross) and remote working from home.

Some occasional travel to London based client offices may be required from time to time.
