Colson Group of Companies are looking for a new sales ledger accounts administrator to work in a friendly, fast paced, office environment in Heanor, Derbyshire.
The role will be a mixture of accounts administration with some customer service administration work.There will be training on the job when you start and the company can support and develop you throughout your working career.
This role would suit anyone who has experience in accounts administration, customer service and just general office work.The role is working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, parking is available and very close to public transport routes.
Job Role:
- Raising and sending invoices and credit notes.
- Dealing with direct debits.
- Assist with administrative and customer relationship processes for new customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with all customers both new and existing.
- Review customer's information ensuring everything is entered correctly and kept up to date.
- Accounts, administration and customer service experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Sage Accounting software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Confident and hardworking attitude
- Desire to succeed within an accounting/finance position
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:
Sales Ledger Accounts: 1 year (required)
