Later Life Planning Advisor
My clients portfolio includes 18 crematoria, cemeteries and memorial parks, an online funeral service provider and bereavement services consulting business.
They provide products and services to people to assist with later life planning including Will's, Power of Attorney, Equity Release and whole of life insurance products.
Job Summary
To manage the enquiries generated from our partners in a combined inbound and outbound telephone environment advising customers on relevant Insurance products that would suit their needs for later life planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue in a professional and compliant manner,
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
- Manage and take ownership of your own diary for inbound and outbound leads,
- Process all sales in a compliant manner via our CRM system,
- Provide solutions to customers who have requested information on Estate planning services,
- Be comfortable to work in a client facing role to nurture new clients and develop new business
- Selfstarter, who is motivated to maximise their earnings.
- Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
- Reliable individual with excellent time management and time keeping skills.
- Respects deadlines and targets,
- Attention to detail and good focus on detail.
Experience Requirements

IT skills, Confident in the use of bespoke software packages
Education Qualifications
Higher English and Maths desirable and at Standard grade a minimum requirement.
