A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Preston based opportunity with a ambitious and dynamic reputable law firm.

Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity toutilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment.

Salary is upwards of £35,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish.

Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchasecontract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
