This is a special opportunity to work with a friendly and passionate team in an incredible venue where sustainability and luxury are equally important.
It is a busy and exciting handson hospitality position, working in front of the house with accommodation and day visit guests, as well as seasonal involvement in weddings and events.

General Reception Tasks to include:

Social media message replies
Availability enquiries for our accommodation
Taking and managing bookings
Answering general phone queries
Onsite guest liaison checking in/out guests of their accommodation, conciergerie duties

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating and delivering exceptional and beautiful experiences.
The right attitude and approach are more important than the specific experience, in particular, we are looking for someone who is:
Flexible, enthusiastic and proactive
Friendly and bright personality
Has the ability to build strong relationships with guests and clients
Due to our remote location you must have a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle at at all times
Preferred Experience:
1 year, minimum, experience in hospitality.
Experience in a customerfacing role.

Fulltime role
Shifts will be a mixture of midweek, weekends, days, and evenings on rotation. Due to the nature of the role some longer days will be required
Kingshill Farm, Elmley Nature Reserve, Sheerness, Kent ME12 3RW will be the place of work. Note if researching location using online maps, please note that some apps will add 30mins to the journey time to account for a footpath, it is suggested that the postcode ME12 3RN be used instead.

Elmley is located in North Kent it is 30mins from Faversham, Maidstone and the Medway Towns, 45mins from Canterbury, and 1 hour from South London.
