Job title - Corporate Receptionist

Location - Bristol, Temple Meads, BS1

Department - RUK

Job type - Part time

Hours - Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week

Shift pattern - Fortnightly rotation of 07:00-13:00 and 13:00-19:00, or fixed shift of 13:00-19:00

Salary - £12.75 per hour (£19,890 per year)

Daily Duties include:
Meet and greet all visitors, tenants, clients and personnel

Directing all visitors to correct floors

Ensure the reception desk runs effectively

Receiving calls and directing calls to correct destination

Reporting any faults to the correct parties and management as necessary

Managing car parking spaces

Dealing with a variety of requests or queries throughout the day in good time

Providing tenant engagement through organising pop up events and doing monthly newsletters


Individual requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or in customer service

Professional presented, self-confident and courteous at all times

Good health and safety knowledge & sense of work ethic

Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail

Good intermediate computer literacy

Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels

Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
