The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset.

This role involves working with students aged 16-25 with a diagnosis of Autism, supporting them in a range of activities including Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience, training, qualifications, or knowledge in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care to provide personalized support to these students.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a 1-1 basis or in small groups, helping students develop their skills and achieve their goals.

The pay rate for this role is £90-£95 per day, with a permanent position available after a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract.

The school operates Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.00pm, allowing for a consistent and rewarding work schedule.
