Description

The Lismoyne Hotel is a privately owned hotel set in groomed gardens, tucked away just a 3-minute walk from Fleet Town Centre.

Our hotel has 62 bedrooms, bar, conservatory, outside seating, restaurant and 2 function rooms.

We are currently looking for a full-time Night Porter

Main Duties:

Providing a warm welcome to guests arriving throughout the night
Ensuring the security of the hotel throughout the night including regular fire checks
Providing a limited rooms service offering of food & beverages ensuring excellent food quality and service
Cleaning and preparing hotel public areas throughout the night
Covering general reception duties as required including guest checkin, checkout; answering the telephone; basic night audit procedures
Ensuring hotel health & safety procedures are maintained and overseeing emergency response and evacuation procedures as required
Assisting with the preparing and setting of hotel meeting and event space as and when necessary

You should be able to demonstrate:

A positive attitude, reliability and responsibility
Excellent personal appearance and social skills
Well developed customer service skills
Ability to work alone without supervision and as part of a team using your initiative

Job Types:

From £11.75 per hour
