Internal Sales Coordinator - Livingston - Salary TBC
Are you an experienced within internal sales? Do you have experience working within a tight-knit team, servicing customers daily? Are you interested in working for a company with excellent development opportunities.
We are looking to speak to experienced internal sales or internal operations professionals for a new opportunity with a Label printers business based in Livingston.
Ideally, you will have experience building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service and advise as well as being commercially minded.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working core business hours (Monday-Friday with a competitive salary available.Are you who we are looking for?
- You have experience within sales, operations or packaging business.
- You have an understanding of supplier sourcing and estimating
- You have strong communication skills both written and orally

What is the day to day like?
- Managing and responding to all sales enquiries from a new and existing client base
- Input sales orders from customers to our MIS system.
- Liaise between the Sales Office and Production floor.
- Negotiating with suppliers, partners and clients daily.
- Supporting the Sales Director daily.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the internal data system.
- Supporting the operations team daily with existing business activities.
- Working to set business targets, both individually and within a wider team environment.
