Internal Sales Coordinator - Livingston - Salary TBC


Are you an experienced within internal sales? Do you have experience working within a tight-knit team, servicing customers daily? Are you interested in working for a company with excellent development opportunities.


We are looking to speak to experienced internal sales or internal operations professionals for a new opportunity with a Label printers business based in Livingston.

This role will support continued growth within the department and offers great opportunities for long-term learning and development.

Ideally, you will have experience building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service and advise as well as being commercially minded.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working core business hours (Monday-Friday with a competitive salary available.

What is the day to day like?

  • Managing and responding to all sales enquiries from a new and existing client base
  • Input sales orders from customers to our MIS system.
  • Liaise between the Sales Office and Production floor.
  • Negotiating with suppliers, partners and clients daily.
  • Supporting the Sales Director daily.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the internal data system.
  • Supporting the operations team daily with existing business activities.
  • Working to set business targets, both individually and within a wider team environment.
