  • Leading and delivering organisational change within the Housing Repairs and maintenance teams
  • Research, assess, evaluate and interpret performance to develop policy and strategy recommendations
  • Promote a learning culture within the service

About you:


  • Strategic experience within a repairs and maintenance environment
  • Good influencing, coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Experience of delivering management of change processes and consultations.
  • Able to research, assess, evaluate and interpret performance

What you will do:


  • Contribute to the development of strategy, policy and processes.
  • Manage change implementation across the Housing Service
