Who Are CSL Looking For?


Duties & Responsibilities:

This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Proactively contacting customers organising site visits, training, product demonstrations etc.
  • Building relationships with the existing installer base.
  • Liaising with the internal field technical and product team to review the CSL signalling range.
  • Attending sites as required to resolve issues or to assist in installations.
  • Working to improve performance of DualCom units through issue resolution.
  • Utilise Salesforce to review PSTN base sites for upgrade ahead of ALL IP.
Entry requirements

Applicants should be based around the Manchester area


Key Skills & Qualifications Sought:


  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Passion for technology and customer service.
  • Confidence to present new products to customers face to face.
  • PC Literate, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E
  • Mail
  • Good organisational skills and time keeping
Training to be provided

Skills for Security will deliver the Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship.

Training provided remotely, twice a month.


You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.


You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.

The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your job role with your line manager.

Things to consider

You will be required to attend tutor led sessions along with on the job training towards your apprenticeship.

You will need to evidence all relevant training and learning in an E-Portfolio and will be given tasks and assessments to complete your learning and apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship is 18 months and therefore, full commitment is needed.
