MARKETING COORDINATOR
About Our Client

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client, who are based in Worcestershire, and operate within the Food and Beverage Industry.

They are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who has relevant experience for the job. This can be a backgroundin marketing, events, or admin.
Main Responsibilities

Create social media campaigns and monitor social media accounts
SEO and website maintenance
Assist with finding the most suitable location or venue; book, prepare, and arrange it for events
Design a layout and agenda of the event; create event guides, tickets, pamphlets, and any other marketing collateral to promote the event
Attend event with marketing manager to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned
Negotiate and contract with vendors such as photographers, caterers, technical and transportation services
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Ability for using own motivation, problem solving and innovation
Driving license and vehicle
Familiar with social media
Positive and outgoing personality
Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Microsoft Office products especially Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Familiar with content management systems
Ability for using own motivation, problem solving and innovation
