    **Job Title:** Facilities Administrator
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Administrator to join our team at HMP Channings Wood, a category C adult male training prison. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a facilities-related role.
    The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities-related tasks, including maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and equipment ordering.
    This is a temporary 12-month contract, working 39 hours per week. The salary for this position is £27,945.35 per annum.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Provide administrative support for facilities-related activities
    * Maintain accurate records and databases related to facilities management
    * Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
    * Order and manage inventory of equipment and supplies
    * Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations
    Requirements:
    * Proven experience as a Facilities Administrator or in a related field
    * Excellent organizational and communication skills
    * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
