Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs
Management of all job adverts and job posting
Supporting employer branding activity by regularly using social media channels
Building and managing an effective talent pool
Supporting with the management of the content on the careers page
Supporting the Talent Manager and the wider HR team with the smooth running of the function

This role would suit someone who has experience within a transactional HR or recruitment role preferably within the professional sector.
