Sayjo Recruitment are acting on behalf of a client based in Elland. They are looking for an
Internal Sales Account Manager.(No cold calling required, dealing with existing customers).

Our client is a leading men's fashion design company with a successful in-house brand.

Based in Elland, they're looking for an experienced internal Sales Account Manager to join their small team and to work closely alongside all their customers and salesagents.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, ambitious and forward-thinking SME in the fashion sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Being an ambassador for the brand and first point of contact for customers and our sales agents.
  • Handling customer service matters, ensuring matters are addressed or resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaising with Designers and Social Media teams to develop sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing the distribution of sales and marketing material and literature to customers and agents.
  • Following up on sales leads.
  • Producing regular and seasonal sales reports to the Managing Director.
  • Passing on feedback from customers and sales agents to the relevant member/s of the team.
  • Accurately checking stock levels and relaying information on to customers.
  • Organising transportation/logistics with couriers and handling all the relevant paperwork and shipments.
  • Assisting with after sales support.
  • Attending occasional sales meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.

Skills:


  • Sales Office experience.
  • Accurate with an attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive and conscientious work ethic.
  • Previous branded product knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
  • Ability and willingness to pick up and absorb product knowledge quickly.
  • Strong commercial acumen, results driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Logical analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales agents.
  • A genuine passion and energy for the brands and its products.
  • Being an organised record keeper and administrator who follows up on activities.
  • A good level of IT ability and intermediate Excel knowledge
