Role Overview


We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Support Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client's site in North West.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for the provision of cleaning services within retail grocery locations within a dedicated geographic area.
  • To be responsible for the cleaning of both the retail area and backofhouse facilities.
  • To be proactive in ensuring standards are maintained to the specified level and any potential issues are resolved in a positive manner.
  • To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with our client's store managers and retail team.
  • To be responsible for the care of the vehicle and equipment provided to you to undertake the role.

About You:


  • This role is a mobile role you will be travelling in between sites you must have a full UK driving License and be willing to travel between sites.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise work.
  • Responsible to complete payroll, recruitment, stock ordering, operative training, and knowledge of HR procedures.
  • Will be required to cover holidays if needed.
