Position Overview:

This role requires a high level of organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.


Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments.

Managing invoices, customer payments, refunds, or any other finance tasks.

Conduct thorough research and compile reports or briefs on various topics to aid decision-making and preparation for meetings.

Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively address issues, ensuring their schedule is optimised and time is utilised efficiently.

Independently handle routine tasks and inquiries, exercising good judgment and decision-making skills in the absence of specific direction.


Manage and prioritise tasks with mínimal guidance, ensuring all deadlines are met, and tasks are completed to the highest standard.


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting high-level executives or directors.

Strong sense of common sense and the ability to make sound decisions without constant supervision.

Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage tasks effectively with mínimal direction.

Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and finding practical solutions.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changes in schedules, priorities, and tasks.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges and find effective solutions independently.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.

Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Completing administrative tasks to ease the workload of management.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
