Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Construction Labourers to join our local team of groundwork specialists to support the local farming community.

As a Construction Labourer, you will play a key role in assisting with a variety of construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Opportunity for development of skills with introduction to machinery operations, with the view to becoming a skilled machinery operator.


Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Perform basic tasks under the supervision of skilled workers
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Support the team in completing projects on time

Skills:

• Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labour tasks
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship

Pay:
From £12.00 per hour
