Description

A fixed term / secondment opportunity has arisen within the Alder Hey Academy to support the Practice Education Facilitator Team.

We are looking for a dynamic experienced registered professional, to assist in the delivery of learner and assessor support within the organisation, but also to support with our international nurse recruits.

To fulfil this role, it is essential that:

You have at least 3 years post registration experience.
You have held a recognised mentorship/assessor/teaching qualification for a minimum of 12 months
Have a demonstrable education background and experience in delivering clinical knowledge and skills.

In addition, all applicants must:

Have demonstrable experience and track record of supporting learners across several clinical settings within the organisation, above and beyond assessor responsibilities.
Have demonstrable experience supporting the pastoral needs of learners as well as supporting learners who are requiring additional academic and practical support in the clinical environment.
Have robust evidence of post registration personal CPD akin to the role of associate PEF which ensures your suitability for this role.
