    Your Role

    CEVA Logistics UKIN seeks a qualified and commercially focused Junior Legal Counsel to provide practical and commercial legal advice across the business, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial contracts with a focus on customer agreements, variations, and novation agreements.
    • Negotiating and creating contracts for the supply of goods and services.
    • Preparing practice documentation and training materials.

    Working closely with senior leadership, you will challenge the norm, influence decisions, and support local and wider business legal teams with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.

    Requirements:

    • Qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience in commercial law.
    • Excellent communication skills to build vital relationships internally and externally.
    • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and strong commercial awareness.
