Regional Sales Manager UK & Europe


Akkodis are proud to be currently working in partnership with an award winning US business with a global presence who specialise in innovative telecoms technology providing state of the art indoor cellular coverage for their customers.


The Company
Our client is a global leader in specialist hardware solutions working with all major Telco operators across EMEA.

The Role

The Responsibilities

  • Work with local operator enterprise sales teams in the region to support their sales efforts by vertical market to assure seamless coordination with sales discussions, product training, technical approvals, and any salesrelated issues.
  • Build strategic and synergistic sales relationships with the regional sales teams for distributors.
  • Maintain a timely and accurate database of all customers, channel and MNO contacts, sales opportunities, and unique successes in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Acquire in depth knowledge of the full range of products, services and product roadmap and convey that knowledge to our partners in the region, adhering to company messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Carry individual sales quota and plan/execute to achieve
  • Actively seek potential new channel partners and onboard when appropriate to resell Products.
  • Maintain regular monthly communications with MNO and regional channel partners regarding products, policy changes, EOL status or other important and useful information.
  • Conduct a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with top MNOs and channel partners in region and present a QBR for the E. Europe region to the VP Sales.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows and conferences.
  • Travel in this role is required. Up to 50% travel will be required to meet with current and potential end users, MNOs and channel partners.

The Requirements

  • Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to speak multiple languages would be a plus.
  • Must be selfmotivated, taking ownership of responsibilities, selfstarting, selfmanaging.
  • Must be proactive, taking initiative and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Selfstarter, goaloriented and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills including CRM programs and other online systems
  • Understanding the 360 sales process and cycles is required

Proven sales experience in this industry

  • Experience selling cellular wireless products/solutions is preferred
  • Experience selling cellular wireless inbuilding coverage or DAS (Distributed Antenna System) products/solutions is preferred

Please note this is a remote role which will require overnight and international travel.
