Senior Recruiter (12 Month FTC)

- Responsible for leading value add vacancy consultation briefings, delivering this for all roles up to Head of and being clear on approach for high volume, niche or difficult to recruit roles
- Utilise market data and intelligence to help guide your hiring managers in making the best decision during the recruitment process and to support Talent teams in shaping future planning
- Collaboratively work with Recruitment project managers on recruitment projects as required ensuring operational lens is provided on all activity.
- Expert recruitment experience and understanding of the theory, or proven knowledge, of recruitment best practice in the external marketplace, including Talent Pooling and Market Mapping
- Good level of understanding of inclusive recruitment approaches and principles.
- Ability to be proactive and initiate conversations to identify future problems/opportunities
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Ability to produce, analyse and interpret data identifying opportunities and using the data to inform decisions
