The Role
We provide sustainable transport options to various cities nationwide through the provision of bike, e-bike and e-scooter schemes. We are looking for a talented project administrator to join our Manchester Operations team. The role is a vital bridge that ensures the coordination reporting and standards are maintained.

You'll be joining a group of highly motivated team players on a committed mission to deliver sustainable transport to Manchester.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate local internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of ongoing day to day operations of the project.
  • Update detailed project plans to track progress, keeping up to date information and data.
  • Measure and report project performance using appropriate systems
  • Report and escalate to management as neede
  • Maintain relationships with the client and other internal stakeholder
  • Risk management across both ongoing implementation and the BAU scheme
  • Budget reporting management
  • Keeps the documentation, metrics, and project status updated and maintains the project standards

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator.
  • Understanding or handson experience, a background in micro mobility, would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill
  • Good working knowledge of Google/Microsoft office tools
