Up to £39,000 per annum

I am looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to design, lead, and report on the process of technical quality assurance to aid the development and implementation of any new software solutions through the design, development and delivery of test scripts andassociated materials.


With lots of exciting changes and a big digital transformation project the Quality Assurance Manager will sit in the Programme delivery team and will lead the actions and processes to maintain standards and produce quality deliverables, supporting the ProjectManagers with the necessary processes to achieve quality deliverables, and understand the requirements to produce quality deliverables without errors or defects, which ensure customer satisfaction and help to make continuous improvements.


The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for training all team members to meet quality standards and develop appropriate KPIs and metrics to measure quality.

Higher Education experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
