Description
We are serviced offices in Battersea and we are currently looking for a part time receptionist.This will be a 9 month contract for maternity cover.
The hours will be Monday - Friday 7:45am - 1pm.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Opening the building in the morning at 7:45am for an 8am start
- Answering the telephone
- Checking bank balances
- Completing our bank reconciliation sheet and sending it to the director
- Booking the board room
- Sorting and distributing post
- Signing for deliveries
- Ordering office stationery and equipment as and when required
- Imputing invoices into sage
- Creating monthly invoices on sage
- Dealing with a few ad hoc tasks
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 27 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
