Company Overview:
Our client is a market leader in providing comprehensive and bespoke construction testing services across various sectors of the UK construction market.
The Role:
As the company is continuously exploring M&A opportunities, experience in TUPE, redundancy, and change management would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations.
- Collaborate closely with line managers to address ER issues effectively and proactively.
- Support managers in disciplinary processes, career development initiatives, and compensation and benefits reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Assist in managing M&A activities.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a broad, generalist HR role, preferably at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level.
- Proven track record of thriving in a fastpaced, product or servicedriven environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, with the ability to balance directness with approachability.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
- Experience with M&A, TUPE, and redundancy processes would be highly beneficial.
- High potential individuals with a clear trajectory for future career progression are preferred
Qualifications and Skills:
- Some form of qualification e.g. Bachelor's degree in HR, CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification would be a nice to have, but not must have.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
