Established in 1993, Tristel is a global infection prevention business with headquarters in Cambridgeshire (UK).

We have subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

Our lead technology is a proprietary chlorine dioxide (ClO2) formulation.

We have two core product ranges:

  • The Tristel Portfolio, for medical device decontamination in hospitals.
  • The Cache Collection, for sporicidal surface disinfection in hospitals.

The objective of the Marketing Team is to promote the Company's business and products accurately to its customers and prospective customers as well as educating the Company's staff in the markets in which it operates, and the products sold into those markets.


The responsibility of the Marketing Team, in collaboration with Design & Development, is to ensure that customer needs are understood and translated into effective products and messages.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of marketing statistics/development reports, to be presented to the Executive Director
  • UK Sales & Marketing and the wider team to an agreed frequency.
  • Ensure spend is allocated to the Marketing UK budget and approved by the Executive Director
  • UK Sales & Marketing
  • Conception and execution of cross channel marketing campaigns.
  • Content support for HQ, Subsidiaries and Distributors.

Requirements:


  • Communication (the ability to establish a connection with people at every level and both understand and be understood).
  • Organisation (the ability to work on multiple projects at once).
  • Humility (the ability to listen, admit mistakes, have empathy).
  • Travel to subsidiaries and conferences, including outside of normal working hours when required.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and market awareness.

Qualifications:


  • MA qualified in marketing (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft, Google Analytics and Wordpress competence.
