Responsibilities
- Coordinate office and fieldbased activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company processes
- Manage meeting agendas/travel arrangements/appointments by liaison with group admin teams
- Manage the service desk and log job tickets to relevant departments
- Review work programmes and make changes to booked appointments when necessary
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (eworks, harvest, salesforce)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
