Role Purpose:
Coordinate between Air One customers & airline partners to deliver successful charter flight operations.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities of the role:
- Full understanding of client needs and setting up the flights as required
- Follow standard operating procedures with Customer & Airline to coordinate the flights'
- Sending of flight schedule to client & keeping client informed with changes & updates to the schedule
- Liaise with customer to obtain the below required documents for permits:
- Dummy sales/charter Agreement
- CATA category 1 Certificate OR Business License Certificate from Charterer
- Consignor/Consignee Details / Cargo Details & packing list / POC AND full contact details both ends.
- AWBs copies
- Monitor the progress of all flights (Live & Ferry) to ensure the customer is kept up to date
- Identify situations where escalation to commercial team as appropriate
- Provide AWB stock when necessary
- Provide ramp handler details to client
- Obtain details of charterer's appointed ground/warehouse handlers at both ends
- Clarify customers responsibilities for ULD build break and cargo handling arrangements at both ends
- Liaise with client about the deadlines and ensure timely delivery of cargo to departure airport
- Flight watch (live & ferry)
- Notify clients of any post flight bills such as cargo handling, fuel surcharge etc
- Request AWB reconciliation from client
- Other tasks as required
Key skills, knowledge, experience required:

those required to fulfil the role, including qualifications):
- To work in a methodical manner in a fast moving and time sensitive business.
- To be able to work with SOPs, identify priority tasks and react accordingly
- To work proactively under pressure including occasionally unsociable hours
Knowledge and experience required:
- To have a keen desire to work in an airline environment essential
- To have a higher diploma or degree in Aviation Management highly desirable
- To have experience working in airline operations or ground operations highly desirable
