Description
Grasslands Nursery grow and supply trees and shrubs all across the country. Currently there around 40 staff in different areas of the company.

We would like someone to work with and lead a small team (4 or 5) of labourers on the production side of our nursery.

Overseeing the potting, placement and maintenance of our trees and shrubs. A little knowledge of plants would be very welcomed but not critical.

You need to have the ability to drive and motivate the team to get the best out of them by leading from the front.

It's physical work, so you need to fit and strong. Normal hours are 8am -5pm but you sometimes need to stay till the jobs done. All extra time paid at overtime.
