Job Description:

Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for a dedicated Cost Management recruiter. The role will be to support the direct recruiting efforts within our Real Estate team.

We are looking for someone who can identify and attract the best talent within Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying.

This is an exciting new role, where you will have the opportunity to become a market leader in Cost Management recruitment, building talent pipelines to help the business deliver for our clients.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Map out the market to demonstrate an understanding of our competitors in this space
  • Embedded usage and compliance of the ATS functionality
  • Actively involved in experienced hire recruitment projects, e.g. IR35 compliance, GDPR,a social media campaigns etc.

Qualifications:


Applicants will be expected to have previous recruitment experience and extensive sourcing experience (In house or agency) ideally in the construction sector & specifically across the Cost Management discipline.
